Nic is offering her HIIT Cardio class to all Garve & District Circuits participants and anyone else that would like to join in. So what's stopping you? Give it a try!
Come together for a laugh, connection, progress, feel the boost from those endorphins and invest some time in you and your health. You deserve it!
it is only about 20 mins each week
It's one of the best things I have done, it's amazing as it is only about 20 mins each week but what a difference it makes - you end up feeling much fitter and stronger. Nic is a great trainer, she gives us something different every time and keeps pushing us a wee bit further, although we all just do what we can do - it doesn't matter what level you are at you will fit in.

The class is a great way to keep fit. Hiit Cardio is for everyone and allows each individual to work at their own pace. I have been attending for over a year now and I have felt a big improvement in my fitness. Nicola
All you need is
- Comfortable exercise clothing and trainers
- Exercise/Yoga Mat if you have one
- Be ready to feel great!
Garve & District residents places will continue to be supported through the Activate Garve & District Project funded by Lochluichart Community Trust. The class is open to everyone to attend. Folk out with the funded Garve & District Community Council area just pay the usual rate of £5 per class.
