An Active Week Ahead!

The Activate Garve & District Project has been gaining momentum. See how to join in, below.

Community Involvement

Thank you to everyone that has and continues to support these activities for the benefit of the community.

This week we have:

  • Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm Yoga via Zoom with Alice
  • Wednesday 6-7pm Qigong via Zoom with Marie-Pierre
  • Thursday 7-8pm Art Class via Zoom with Esther
  • All week - Let's get Growing! via the great outdoors

Growing kits have now been delivered to the door of all  residents that requested one along with every family in the district. Complete with sunflower seeds and a variety of other items to help you get started. We can't wait to see some photos of your seedlings.

Would any beginner or experienced growers and gardeners be interested in a Zoom session to talk, share tips, advice and ideas for successful and fun growing? Comment, email or use the link below to let me know if you are interested.

I have a few growing kits still available if anyone else is tempted now the sun and spring have returned!

To join in any of the above or ask any questions, contact me by filling out the brief contact form HERE

Hopefully, it will not be too long before we can have some activites in person too. Meanwhile, give one of our current activities a go. The feedback is excellent. We are so lucky to have wonderful tutors and the classes are ongoing as long as we have at least 4 booked in advance. Attendance has been really positive and growing in spite of the challenges over the past year.  We hope to see the activities continue to develop and progress.

Enjoy the lovely sunshine this week!

Hi Flora

I am afraid I never received a contact form. You can always email me directly if you prefer.

I will get a grow kit to you ASAP. I will be in touch. The return of spring is making us all want to get growing.

Enjoy this beautiful evening x

Fantastic Heather. Thanks so much for commenting.

If you have any photos of the planting process we would love to see them and share with the community on here. Just pop them on an email or add to the facebook post. They do not need to show your grandson's face in the photo if you prefer for privacy.

It is the perfect weather for planting this week. Enjoy.
